As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a vital role in matching tenants and landlords, ensuring a smooth and efficient property lettings. A great time to join as they are scaling their team due to high demand in the market.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Actively source and engage with potential landlords to build a strong property portfolio
- Create compelling property listings, coordinate viewings and showcase properties to potential tenants
- Conduct thorough referencing checks to ensure suitable tenants for landlords
- Skilfully negotiate rental terms and agreements to maximise returns for landlords and satisfy tenant needs
- Oversee tenancy agreements, rent collection and property maintenance
You will have over 12 months Lettings experience.
Salary up to £25,000 + Excellent OTE
